Our farm's philosophy is based on fundamental items such as the family, the love of our land, the research of the high quality and the naturalness of our products. We have chosen this activity not only because it allows us to follow our dream, to make popular our typical products in Italy and in the world, but even because this kind of way of life allows us to work together and spend more time with our family. Working we live even our family! In the meantime we want to bring to the market product with an outstanding quality that make people conscious of what is excellence in food. To do that we have decided to use only hand-made methods for our production such as the hand picking harvesting or the traditional recipes for our sauces. Moreover we believe that is important to preserve the naturalness to make excellent product: so we don't use any chemical product on our olive trees and any preservative and colouring for our typical food. Finally, to allow consumers to have a proof of the product origin we guarantee a complete traceability through the batch code on our oil bottle that allow them to see the orchard origin of our extra virgin olive oil.
