An ancient, noble and genuine land gives birth to the "drops of Principio", exquisite extra-virgin oil. It is produced in an unspoilt and primitive area of the Cilento surrounded by fertile hills. This place, named Principio, is located right in front of Ascea's Gulf, where ancient Elea traces its origins. Both secular olive trees and thriving young plants produce a peculiarly soft yet vital and vigorous flavour. The great effort employed to produce our EVO is what gives this "liquid gold", so largely praised by Homer, its typical taste.
