Cold pressed from fresh Italian fine quality olives such as “Razzola, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Lantesca and Leccino”. It is not filtered but decanted naturally so that all its organoleptic properties remain unchanged. Ideal with every dish, both raw and cooked. This oil reveals a sense of vital freshness, emphasized by pleasant olfactory accents of grass and artichoke. The nose reveals a fruity green smell of medium intensity. The taste is spicy and bitter of medium intensity, a slight sensation of sweet with an excellent overall harmony.
