The extra virgin olive oil Cuvea with its thick yellow colour has a delicate almond flavor typical of the monocultivar taggiasca - the kind of olive tree that grow in Ligurian Riviera, one of the rarest in the world. Soon after the harvesting the oil is slightly pungent and bitter but after a month its flavour become harmonious and round.
