Extravirgin olive oil SAGGIO is obtained from olives completely ripen. This allows to produce an oil less intrusive and less bitter, slighty spicy and with a ripe flavouring. It is perfect for delicate courses with precious food such as truffles, grilled or steamed fish and dried beef. It is also suggested as cooking oil.
