The Delia Orsini farm accepts the following forms of payment: bank transfer, Paypal, cash on delivery.
Orders are processed in a maximum of 3 days and delivered to our courier trusted. Times of delivery depends on the specific destination.
We prepare the orders of our customer with the maximum care. Any damage or failure shall be communicated to the carrier at the time of withdrawal, tick the field "accepted subject to verification of content." Once you open the package, if you find damage or missing items, please send at least one photo to extravergineorsini@gmail.com, specifying your references and the choice to be reimbursed or receive the equivalent of the damaged goods. Any complaints about the product can be notified to the owner, Delia Orsini, writing to the following address: c.da Fontemaggio 7, 65014 Loreto Aprutino (PE).
All prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs which will be applied separately, in the order.
