We are producers of high quality extra virgin olive oil. The company was founded in 2012 when the owner, Lorenzo, after becoming a professional e.v.o. oil taster, decided to start producing his own oil respecting the highest quality standards. The varieties produced are monovarietal oils, oils produced with a single variety of olive and a Blended, an oil that comes from a careful mix of monovarietals, selected to obtain a balanced product, suitable for all uses and that satisfies all palates. The olives are harvested semi-manually with facilitators. Within 12/24 hours of harvesting the olives are transformed into extra virgin olive oil by means of a three-phase centrifugal knife machine. During processing the temperature of 26/27 degrees centigrade is not exceeded.
