The Farm In 1912 Gabriele Congedi, passing away, left his work to his last child Luigi who was able to increase the production abilities involving his children who transformed the household farm in an alimentary industry formed on traditions. The productions start in the countries of Ugento by centuries-old olive trees which extend on 200 hectares. The harvest is worked by last generation machines which allow to obtain a cold extracted oil preserved in steel silos and bottled in the same factory.
